In 2020, It’s the first time that Zendesk collaborated with a research company called ESG research group to create a report about the customer support maturity of businesses globally.We were challenged with the brief of designing an integrated campaign to increase the engagement between the audience and data and rethought the the standard list of deliverables.

In 2021, Zendesk launched the CX Trend report and agility is one of the trends. And we discovered that agility was the most important driver of good service and so we launched the ‘Agility in Action’ campaign to support organisations, big and small. An interactive experience that helps Zendesk customers test their agility nous, and put their learnings into action.

In the CX Trends 2020 report, we designated a unique color and shape for each trend. "Agility in Action" is represented by the primary color "Wilma," which conveys energy and hope. Additionally, we have incorporated various tints and shades to further enrich the color palette associated with this trend.

Website

With the concept and visual language in place, we put it all together with a new campaign page experience that concentrated all the touch points such as webinar, the highlight of the report, the ROI calculator and the interactive quiz etc.

Organic
Social

For social, we created static, carousel and video ads across different media channels globally such as Facebook, google display ads and Linkedin.

In order to drive more buzz around the campaign, we created two 15-second videos for driving organic traffic.

The result

ESG is the most successful global campaign in the Zendesk’s history.

237% surpass the goal of attributed pipeline.

14,564 total webinar registrants across all events.

3.4M impressions across all the organic social platforms globally.
